PURPOSE:  Continuously seeks efficiencies in and development of system solutions to drive UA profitability and organizational efficiency, in support of the accelerated annual growth. Demonstrate a relentless pursuit of information accuracy and an ability to effectively understand and translate business need and key business levers into actionable system solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude but are not limited to the following:

  • Seek continuous improvement in system & business processes for Supply Chain and work on projects as assigned within the sales operations area (Direct ship, new VAS initiatives etc)
  • Independently drive & manage SAP Supply Chain system changes needed for Europe with the global team, IT, and by working cross functionally to ensure they are understood and successfully implemented.
  • As part of the above, drive and execute testing efforts in SAP in Europe, thinking of the total supply chain and identifying potential upstream or downstream impacts.
  • As a super user of the system, troubleshoot on allocation or order management issues indicated by the countries, where a more in depth investigation is required.
  • Manage daily operational activities and season setup such as the setup of VAS and Pricing in the FMS system
  • Check orders are correctly flowing into SAP from various entry tools by clearing errors (B2B, Edi etc.)
  • Execute requests for Mass Changes of Orders/Customers
  • Communicate proactively, professionally, efficiently and tactfully through verbal and written communication across all functions.

TECHNICAL ATTRIBUTES OF IDEAL CANDIDATE:include but are not limited to the following:

  • 4+ Years Business experience, ideally in sales/customer service-operations role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology- related field preferred.
  • Strong SAP knowledge on Sales & Distribution or Master Data areas -AFS (FMS is an advantage)
  • Advanced Usage level of Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivots etc.)
  • Knowledge of business concepts in Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Merchandising and/or Retail.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem Solving ability
  • Strong English Language Skills
  • A passion for Sports preferred
