Under Armour is making significant investment in its IT organization. 

For this investment to be successful, it is necessary to have a liaison between the functional area’s and the IT organization with the ability to manage demand and regional projects.

The ITBP analyst will work closely with the functional area’s to discover and improve the IT processes in the benefit of the business. To do so, the ITBP analyst will work closely with the regional teams, the PMO office and the service delivery managers to document, present, and execute IT “to be” processes.

In this role you must be versed in the project management fundamentals as well as ITIL principles and be able to create and present projects on a management level.


  • Work with the global ITBP team and functional business partners to clarify and refine functional requirements, and coordinate work in initial phases
  • Lead documentation of “to be” business processes and identification of significant changes from current processes
  • Drive impact analysis for each IT initiative
  • Partner with both Functional Areas and International Teammates
  • Provide input to the global ITBP team and Functional Areas regarding the prioritization of demand, projects, and enhancements
  • Support the service delivery team in areas that require an understanding of business processes
  • Pro-actively support process improvement initiatives, identify process improvement opportunities
  • Challenge the status quo and advise around process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Be a sounding board in the region for the global ITBP team as well as for functional business partners


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience managing relationships with internal business customers
  • Project management experience, both processes optimization and tool implementation, with strong customer focus
  • Ability to implement relevant business concepts to efficient system driven processes
  • Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities and self.
  • Certifications: ITIL 3 foundation certified
